Understanding the need
Fereol & Fils is a family group of 83 employees across 5 brands covering the whole of Gironde. A long-standing player in 24/7 vehicle breakdown services, it works on cars, lorries, motorhomes and two-wheelers, and is approved by all the assistance companies. Faced with a fragmented digital presence and complex call processes, the group needed a complete redesign to reflect its professionalism and make emergency call-outs easier.
Identifying the stakes
The main challenge was to digitise an emergency service available 24/7 while unifying 5 separate brands under a single group identity. The site had to offer a smooth user experience for drivers under stress, allow call-outs to be located quickly across Gironde, and showcase 3 complementary trades (breakdown, transport, repair) with separate journeys. It also had to inspire confidence through approvals and certifications.
The bespoke answer
We designed a modern showcase site with an architecture focused on conversion and urgency. An interactive map visually presents the 5 service areas, while an emergency call button stays accessible at all times. Each trade has its own detailed section with a dedicated user journey. The design highlights the group's key figures (83 employees, 85 vehicles) and its certifications to reassure visitors. The whole site is responsive and optimised for quick viewing on mobile in an emergency.
