Understanding the need
États Pour Habitat is a property survey firm working across four departments of Nouvelle-Aquitaine (Charente-Maritime, Charente, Gironde, Deux-Sèvres). With more than 20 years of field experience, the company carries out thirteen types of regulatory survey, including energy performance (DPE), asbestos, lead, termites, gas and electricity, and delivers its certified reports within 24 to 48 hours. Serving demanding clients (individuals, estate agencies, notaries), the firm needed a professional website that conveyed its technical expertise while making online conversion easier.
Identifying the stakes
The property survey sector suffers from a technical, austere image. The challenge was threefold: make complex regulatory information accessible, reassure clients about the provider's certification and reliability, and above all let clients request a quote, pay online and download their reports on their own. The site also had to highlight the multi-department coverage and the promise of fast delivery, while keeping navigation smooth on mobile, the preferred device of estate agents in the field.
The bespoke answer
We designed a premium showcase site built around a strong visual metaphor: an interactive cross-section of a building for discovering each survey. The architecture includes a smart quote generator that automatically compiles the technical survey file (DDT) according to the type of transaction (sale, rental, works), a secure client area for paying online and downloading PDF reports, and an appointment system with real-time availability. The clean design, careful typography and bespoke illustrations position États Pour Habitat as a trusted expert, far from the sector's generic codes.
